Who is Just Airsoft?
Just Airsoft has an airsoft equipment shop based in Darlington which services players throughout the United Kingdom. We’ve been around for over two years now and stock a wide range of equipment for all levels of player and within all budgets.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
We’ll endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can. Often your order will be sent the same day you order it but sometimes it could take a little longer depending on stock levels.

How much will it cost to deliver my order?
All orders are sent via first class post or by carrier depending on the size of your order. Postage and packaging is shown on your order before you proceed to the checkout and falls in line with royal mail postage charges.The most you will ever pay for shipping on an order is £8.50 so the bigger the order the beter the value that you will get for your shipping.

How long will it take if what I want isn’t in stock?
We will inform you immediately if your order is not in stock and let you know an estimated delivery time. If only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to see if you want it shipped in part or if you want to wait until it can be shipped in full.

Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes although postage will be extra. This will be in line with Royal Mail’s overseas delivery charges.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. Most major cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

How do I know my credit card transaction will be secure?
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

How do I pay if I don’t have a credit card?
If you don’t have a credit card, please call the shop on 01325 365690 or email us on info@just-airsoft.co.uk. You can pay by cheque or postal order and your order will be posted after three days when the cheque has cleared.

What do I do to change an order?
If you want to change an order at any time, please call the shop on 01325 365690 or email us on info@just-airsoft.co.uk.

Do you offer dealer / trade discounts?

Where can I get my Co2 / air bottles refilled?
Many paintball sites UK-wide offer Co2 and air refilling services. If you’re unsure where to go to get your bottle filled or where your nearest site is, please call us on 01325 365690 or email us on info@just-airsoft.co.uk.

What do I do if my package has been delivered late?
Please contact the shop on 01325 24 24 19 or email us on info@just-airsoft.co.uk and we will investigate the matter fully.

How old do I have to be to purchase equipment from this site?
In order to purchase anything you must be over 16 years of age. If you are below the age of 16 please ask your parent / guardian to carry out the transaction on your behalf.
